Clean, bright, pale yelow. Nose: Good intensity, white fruits and slightly floral notes. Tasting: Pleasant, fresh and balanced. Finish: Medium finish,very fruity.
Frankfurt sausages. It matches with potatoes, fish and seafood. Goat and roquefort cheese. Basil pasta, fried tomatoes or vegetables.
80% Viura, 20% Chardonnay
Maceration 8 hours in cold. Fermentation at 14°C
