Marqués de Valcarlos Chardonnay
Clean, bright, elegant gold yellow. Nose: Intense and wide aromas. Frutal, white fruits standout, such as pear. Slightly tropical touch and floral hints in the end. Tasting: Very complex and thick. Good acidity and homogeneous on the palate. Aftertaste: White fruits stand out. Finish: Medium finish, very pleasant.
Pairs well with Frankfurt sausages. It matches with potatoes, fish and seafood. Goat and roquefort cheese. Basil pasta, fried tomatoes or vegetables.
Maceration 12 hours in cold. Fermentation at 14°C
