140 million litres of wine produced. Vegetative cycle of 210 days. Preceding winter warm and humid. There was no frost in the spring. Favorable weather until August, then the wind changed to East and South.

Appearance: Clean, bright, medium-low deep, brick red developing to blond tobacco.

Nose: Fine and complex. Elegant wood and spicy hints with tobacco and leather touch on the background.

Tasting: Round tannin, good acidity. Velvety, pleasant on the palate. Well balanced.

Aftertaste: Warm sensations.

Finish: Long. Wood and spicy hints.

It matches with any kind of meat and mushrooms rice. Some tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere.
