Preceding winter very dry (60 l/m2). Delayed sprouting. Wet spring. Hot summer and harvest with very hot days. The vegetative cycle lasted 185 days. 84 million litres of wine produced.
Appearance: Clean, bright, medium deep, ochre hints and honey glints.
Nose: Complex, elegant spices, tobacco blond hints and floral touch on the background.
Tasting: Good acidity, elegant on the palate and very harmonic.
Aftertaste: Spicy hints.
Finish: Warm, elegant long finish.
It matches with any kind of meat and mushrooms rice. Some tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere.
