The vegetative cycle was 175 days. This year the winter was very cold and the frosts were frequent. Even so, the quality of the harvest was rated as good.
Appearance: Clean, shiny, low-middle layer wine, with brown hues in its edges, typical of wines that have remained in the bottle for many years.
Nose: Deep, elegant cedar and spicy hints due to the bottle ageing.
Tasting: Pleasant, smooth, silky.
Aftertaste: Remarkable spicy hints.
Finish: Long, elegant, pleasant, reminiscent of nuts.
It matches with any kind of meat and mushrooms rice. Some tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere.
